I've been going to minerva since my wife took me in 2011.​I drop in for dinner or the lunch buffet and the Tandoori Chicken absolutely steals the show. You can tell it was prepared the right way—charred to perfection with that unmistakable smoky aroma hitting the table before the plate even landed. The chicken was tender and juicy. Flavorful all the way to the bone. My favorite hack during their lunch buffet is to match it with the chicken biryani and put a little bit of butter chicken gravy🔥🔥🔥

138. Chicken Tikka

Loved the flavor. Just the right amount of heat. The chicken was very moist and the sauce very smooth. It's my go-to when I can't decide so I have tried it at many places and Minerva's is by far the tastiest.

Butter Chicken

I dine in whenever I'm in the Gaithersburg/Rockville area. In fact, I'm taking a trip there today for lunch. I live in Germantown. I enjoy the Butter Chicken and the vegan option. This dish is one of my favorites. The sauce is amazing and not too spicy. If you're looking for delicious Indian Cuisine you won't be disappointed with Minerva.
